Design Collective Inc. (DCI) is an architecture and planning firm with extensive national experience in designing mixed-use and TOD districts in Baltimore and other cities. Currently DCI delivers more than 3,000 residential units, 1.5 million square feet of commercial and office space and more than 1.5 million retail and entertainment space annually.
DCI will co-direct the master planning process, with a special emphasis on commercial uses, and will be charged with implementing a green and sustainable design strategy throughout the site.
